One of our certified personal trainers will complete an InBody scan. That might not sound like much, but you’ll be surprised by how much you’ll learn about your particular body and health. Our trainer will then review this scan with you, make some recommendations, and set you on the path to increased health and fitness!
And each time you come into the gym, our expert staff will be there as encouragement, a guide, and a resource.
But why would we stop there? We check in with you, and our trainers are some of the most amazingly-supportive and caring folks in the business. A certified personal trainer will do another InBody scan every 90-days to reassess and check progress by the numbers. We’ll either give you a sweet high-five, or adjust your training plan and still give you a sweet high-five for being awesome.
