Fit Studio Boot Camp is a safe, fast and effective group workout that only takes 30 minutes. Our members choose the most convenient time to work out, based on their schedule. We have over 30 sessions (schedule) that run throughout the week, with as many as ten any given day…so you can work out before work, around lunch, after work, or even on the weekends…,you choose!

We don’t use huge weights or perform big lifts…we specialize in MRT or Metabolic Resistance Training, designed to burn fat and build lean muscle. We perform all exercises on a padded floor, so risk of injury is minimized. And here’s a nice little perk we enjoy offering: We flex and modify any part of any workout for anyone…so you get the attention and expertise of a personal trainer, without the typical price tag.

While effective fitness programs are essential to optimal health, we don’t overlook an equally essential factor (often overlooked by other programs): YOUR NUTRITION. Is it an up-charge? Nope. Nutritional guidance and meal plans are included in the program at no extra charge. We want you to be healthy inside and out.

We take the high intensity interval training boot camp model, add our certified, expert personal trainers and coaches, who truly love and care about their clients, host these workouts in our posh space (you’ll love it), and give you eating plans that will make you healthier and multiply the results of your hard work as you progress through these awesome, fun workouts.
