8 Week Fitness Challenge…

The goal for this challenge is to build TEAMWORK, ACCOUNTABILITY, and CONSISTENCY..while making progress toward our fitness goals over a period of 8 weeks! CONSISTENCY...and DISCIPLINE, meaning doing something that you don’t want to do or are uncomfortable doing... is key to success, therefore, this challenge is asking for your commitment to CONSISTENCY!!! and DISCIPLINE!!! Get rid of your excuses - time to GET FIT DONE!

The challenge will start September 21 through November 14***(8 WEEKS)*** BOOM!!! 

Why is this unlike any other challenge??  We are asking for a minimum of 4 days each week for 8 weeks. Keep in mind FS will continue to post Virtual HIIT workouts on FB and deliver by email so you can get your points/workout on your own time if you are unable to make it to a session in studio.
