Richard has experienced a unique journey of fitness. As a high-school football star, and a scholarship football player at Wake Forest, Richard developed some poor eating habits that seemingly had no consequences. By the time he was 32, those consequences became evident, and he turned his life around with the help of a trainer...inspiring him to do the same for others. Determined to help others achieve physical fitness and reconnect with their mental/emotional/spiritual selves, Richard and his wife Robyn began and operated Fit Studio 365, now known as Fit Studio. Together, they have trained thousands.

A Nuclear Medicine Technology degree and 9 years in healthcare (4 years in cardiology) has shaped Jason's passion to help prevent medical problems with a healthy lifestyle, rather than treat preventable results of an unhealthy lifestyle. An Army combat-medic veteran (with a deployment to Afghanistan) and experienced personal trainer, Jason has multiplied the training potential of Fit Studio by revolutionizing and re-imagining the amazing fitness platform already in place at Fit Studio. His personal fitness is fueled by his desire to be the best husband and father for years to come.

Robyn is an experienced fitness and weight loss expert, having decades of experience in the health and fitness world as a figure champion, gym and spa owner, and personal trainer. It is safe to say that Robyn is passionate about a LIFESTYLE of fitness, and she is particularly gifted at inspiring those around her to embrace this lifestyle... not in a pushy way, but by her own positive example. Robyn takes a big-picture, holistic approach to health and fitness through positive encouragement and accessing true motivation, healthy eating, sustainable training plans, and simply making fitness practical.
